How to add a new user
From QMC
Only the users in Sysop group can create a new account. A complete user list is available at Special:Userlist.
Once you logon (a Sysop), follow these steps
- Go to userlogin
- Click on "Create an account"
- Fill in the required information
A user can always reset the password.
- Click on "by e-mail"
- An e-mail notice will be sent to the new user.
