[edit] How to expand the members and their contributions
In order to avoid abuse, the editting of the QMC Wiki is limited to the registered users.
Several members, mainly the leaders of QMC research groups, have the permission to create new users and monitor/moderate wiki activities.
Please contact anyone designated as (Bureaucrat, sysop) at [1], if you are interested in participating in our efforts.
[edit] For the users with (Bureaucrat, sysop) privilege
To add a new user:
- Goto http://www.qmcwiki.org/index.php/Special:Userlogin
- Click on "Create an user"
- Fill in the username, e-mail and real name and optionally password.
- Click on "Create an account" or "by e-mail"
Note that
- A new user can request a password by e-mail (no need to assign any password).
- Once you create an account, you are logged on as a new user. Simply logout and login again for editing.

- Special:Preferences -> Editting
- Check Mark all edits minor by default
- Save the settings
[edit] How to use a math formula
<math>\Psi(R)=\sum_i \alpha_i \phi_i(R)</math> is generated by using
<math>\Psi (R)=\sum_i \alpha_i \phi_i(R) </math>
Other example: <math>\rm{e}^{x} = \sum^{\infin}_{n=0} \frac{x^n}{n!}\quad\mbox{ for all } x</math> <math> \alpha </math>

Add the URL below to your RSS reader:

For firefox users, Sage [2] (a lightweight RSS and Atom feed aggregator extension) could be useful.
